Why we started
In 2018, long-time colleagues Jimmy Lewis and Sridhar Loganathan launched TrueFocus Automation to eliminate manual, error-prone tasks in title and mortgage processing. What began with basic data entry automation has evolved into a comprehensive suite serving title agencies, underwriters, lenders, appraisers, and other real estate professionals. Today, TrueFocus offers intelligent automation across search, exam, QC, fraud reviews, and desktop appraisals, while seamlessly integrating with leading industry software and delivering custom software bots when off-the-shelf tools fall short.
