We built a software bot capable of retrieving order information from one title production system (Qualia) and using those details to open a new order in an alternate title production system (SoftPro). This work was previously done manually by our client’s production staff but by automating this process they are saving 10-15 minutes of manual touch time per file and eliminating keying errors.
