We automated the workflow of receiving and processing a title search package from a 3rd party vendor.
1) monitor email inbox for returned packages
2) open file containing all data keyed by the vendor
3) import the data into SoftPro
4) update the order status and effective date.
This automation has saved our client about 13 minutes per file, and based on monthly volume, equates to roughly 54 hours per month.
